Focuses on techniques for building self-efficacy, handling failure, differentiating self-efficacy from confidence, and suggestions for how to address self-doubt.

Creativity

Focuses on creativity foundations, explains what about your work environment can be killing your creativity, and addresses how to enhance creativity in organizations.

High Performing Teams

Discusses approaches to high performing teams, presents issues  faced by teams, and uses an experiential simulation to demonstrate team effectiveness.
